Position Purpose: The Client Onboarding Associate will serve as a primary support resource for clients, Introducing Brokers, and internal teams throughout the account opening and account maintenance lifecycle. This role is responsible for responding to inquiries, guiding users through onboarding and maintenance workflows, helping clarify requirements, and ensuring requests are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a strong client service focus.

 

The Associate will play an important role in delivering a positive client and broker experience by providing timely communication, assisting with process navigation, coordinating with internal teams, and helping resolve questions or outstanding items related to account opening and ongoing account support.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include: 

  • Respond to client, Introducing Broker, and internal inquiries related to account opening and account maintenance workflows.
  • Walk users through new account opening processes, including system navigation, required steps, documentation expectations, and general status updates.
  • Assist with account maintenance requests, including account updates, documentation collection, service requests, and follow-up items.
  • Review submitted requests and supporting information for completeness, accuracy, and readiness before routing for review or processing.
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Credit, Operations, Sales, Client Services, and Technology teams to clarify requirements and resolve pending items.
  • Track open inquiries and workflow items to help ensure timely follow-up and completion.
  • Provide clear, professional, and timely communication to clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify recurring questions, process gaps, or user pain points and share feedback to support process improvements.
  • Support the maintenance of internal procedures, reference materials, and user guidance related to account opening and account maintenance processes.
  • Deliver service in accordance with applicable regulatory, AML, KYC, operational, and internal control requirements.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need

  • 1–3+ years of experience in client services, operations, financial services, onboarding support, or a related customer support function.
  • Strong client service mindset with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and responsively with clients, Introducing Brokers, and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to review information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries, requests, and follow-up items while staying organized and meeting expected timelines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining professionalism and service quality.

What makes you stand out: 

  • Experience in brokerage, FCM, institutional, banking, wealth management, payments, or other regulated financial services environments.
  • Familiarity with KYC, AML, CIP, customer documentation, or account opening requirements.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and willingness to escalate questions or issues appropriately when additional review is needed.
  • Experience supporting clients, brokers, advisors, or internal sales teams.

Education / Certification Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.

Working environment: 

  • Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite and 1 day remote.

 

Hiring Salary Range $60,000 - $75,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
