About the role

The successful candidate will support institutional client coverage, trade execution, market intelligence, and business development across the digital asset ecosystem.

The role offers exposure to cryptocurrency markets, tokenized assets, liquidity solutions, custody infrastructure, and the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets. Candidates with experience in sales trading, capital markets, futures, foreign exchange, equities, or other institutional trading businesses are encouraged to apply. Prior cryptocurrency experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support institutional client relationships and day-to-day trading activity.
• Execute client transactions and monitor market conditions, liquidity, pricing, and execution quality.
• Provide market color, trade ideas, and industry insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with business development, prospecting, and client onboarding.
• Coordinate with operations, compliance, risk, treasury, product, and technology teams.
• Monitor developments in cryptocurrency markets, digital asset infrastructure, and regulation.
• Leverage technology and approved AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, analysis, and client service.
• Operate within established risk management, compliance, and supervisory frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in sales trading, brokerage, capital markets, futures, FX, equities, fixed income, commodities, derivatives, or related financial services.
• Strong communication, analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, or fintech.
• Familiarity with institutional trading workflows, market structure, liquidity, custody, or settlement.
• Experience with Bloomberg, OMS/EMS platforms, trading systems, or market data tools.
• Exposure to futures, options, lending, financing, or prime brokerage products.
• Experience using AI tools for research, workflow automation, client engagement, or market analysis.
• Basic coding or scripting experience in Python, SQL, JavaScript, VBA, or similar languages.
• Strong interest in financial technology, automation, and digital asset innovation.

Hiring Salary Range $80000-$150,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered
