Business Segment Overview:

Corporate: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.

 

Position Purpose: Evaluates and administers employee compensation programs such as benchmarking studies on salaries, short- and long-term incentives, and other forms of rewards.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:

  • Compensation Strategy & Program Development: Partner with the Global Head of Total Rewards to develop and implement compensation plans, policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Annual Compensation Review Process: Administer the annual compensation process, working closely with the HRIS and HR Operations teams.
  • Market Competitiveness & Pay Equity: Monitor compensation data to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with relevant regulations. Participate in salary surveys and update salary ranges based on market trends.
  • Job Pricing & Benchmarking: Perform market pricing for new and revised positions. Benchmark compensation and equity practices against the market and recommend program improvements.
  • Dashboards & Ad-Hoc Projects: Prepare compensation dashboards, as necessary. Conduct ad-hoc projects as required.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Compensation, or a combination of experience in Human Resources and Compensation.
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing or consulting roles
  • Knowledge of human resources and compensation, including knowledge of relevant Federal, State, Local laws/regulations relating to compensation.
  • Experience with benchmarking tools (WTW Compensation Software, Salary.com) or reporting tools (Tableau, Business Objects).

 

What makes you stand out:

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills preferred.

 

Education / Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

 

Work Style:

  • 4 days per week onsite, 1 day per week remote

 

Hiring Salary Range $90,000 - $120,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
