Position Purpose: We're looking for a CRM Product Lead to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our global Dynamics 365 platform spanning Marketing, Sales, and Service. In this role, you'll shape how the organization engages clients, drives growth, and operates at scale through a unified CRM capability. This is a role that sits at the intersection of business, technology, and data and calls for someone who can think strategically and execute with precision.

 

You'll set the product direction, aligning stakeholders across regions and lines of business to deliver consistent client experiences, scalable processes, and measurable commercial results. Embedding AI across the platform will be a key priority, so experience delivering AI-driven capabilities, whether through Copilot, intelligent automation, predictive insights, or next-best-action workflows is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Primary Duties Will Include:

  • Own and evangelize the product vision and multi-year roadmap for a unified CRM platform on Microsoft Dynamics 365 spanning Marketing, Sales, and Service. 
  • Act as the senior product authority for CRM, accountable for platform direction, prioritization, and enterprise-wide outcomes. This includes ownership of global roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization, ensuring delivery teams are focused on the highest-impact initiatives.
  • Lead global stakeholder engagement across Commercial, Service, Operations, Technology, Data, Risk, and Compliance teams, driving alignment on priorities, investment decisions, and trade-offs.
  • Translate complex business, regulatory, and customer problems into a clear product strategy that balances value delivery, scalability, and control.
  • Unify fragmented CRM capabilities by establishing common data models, workflows, governance, and success metrics to enable seamless client journeys.
  • Accelerate measurable business outcomes by embedding data, analytics, and AI into CRM workflows, including predictive insights, next-best-action, intelligent automation, and agents.
  • Define and track value realization across revenue growth, conversion, productivity, cost efficiency, and client experience.
  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, and security teams to ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, compliant, and fit for global deployment.
  • Provide clear communication on progress, outcomes, risks, and decisions.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global CRM product team where applicable, fostering a culture of ownership, ambition, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need: 

  • 7+ years of Product Management or Business Analyst experience within Financial Services or other regulated environments, preferably spanning data, operations, or Marketing.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex products or enterprise transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong product mindset with a disciplined focus on understanding market and customer problems (the “why”) before defining solutions (the “what”).
  • Proficient in agile delivery models, backlog management, and the full software development lifecycle including research, design, build, test, UAT, and release.
  • Ambitious and highly action-oriented, with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, sound design judgment, and a passion for building intuitive, customer-oriented solutions.

Working Style:

  • 4 days per week onsite, 1 day per week remote

 

Hiring Salary Range $100,000 - $150,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
