Corporate: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies. 

Responsibilities

  • Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a job discipline. Performs routine assignments using existing procedures. Entry level to a professional career progression. 
  • Process client asset transfers incoming/out
  • Process client wires
  • Handle incoming client customer service
  • Reviewing and sending trade confirmations to clients at end of day
  • Facilitate client special handling items
  • Trade review, booking and risk monitoring on Nasdaq ACT System

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic
  • Detail oriented and excellent documentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a busy, demanding environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
