Business Segment Overview

Institutional: Immerse yourself in the best-in-class institutional-grade technology, working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to various asset classes, such as equities, options, fixed income securities, and advanced trading, research, and management technology.

 

Responsibilities

The purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth, accurate, and compliant execution of daily operational functions that support advisors, clients, and branch office activities. This role is responsible for processing critical account transactions, maintaining essential regulatory and operational documentation, and providing timely assistance to advisors on client service needs.

  • Partners with the Regional Managers to complete requests from advisors
  • Review documents received from representatives to ensure complete and accurate data can be processed by Home Office Operations.
  • Monitor daily notifications from Compliance and Operations then route them to the appropriate financial advisor for advisement
  • Processes money movement for client accounts
  • Research and resolve operational or account related issues
  • Provide professional customer service over the phone and via e-mail.
  • Act as liaison between home office and representatives
  • Maintains prompt and regular

Qualifications

 

  • Must speak Spanish fluently. (Portuguese fluency is a plus)
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience in the financial services industry a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with other departments, court/regulatory personnel, clients, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adhere to strict timelines.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
  • Candidates graduating after December 2025 will not be considered. 
  • This onsite entry level role in Miami, FL offers compensation typical for entry-level financial services positions in the region.
