Responsibilities

The Self-Directed Marketing team for the Americas is seeking a Summer Intern to support cross-regional marketing initiatives across the United States, Latin America, and Canada. The ideal candidate will bring a curious, analytical, and user-focused mindset, helping us refine and optimize the customer journey from first brand exposure to funded trading account.

 

The intern will collaborate with regional marketing leads, design, compliance, and analytics teams to evaluate how users engage with our digital properties, campaigns, and communications across markets. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to tangible marketing improvements in a global, fast-paced financial services environment.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Map and assess customer journeys across U.S., LATAM, and Canadian markets, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and improve conversion through a user-centric lens.
  2. Evaluate regional differences in customer behavior and digital touchpoints, proposing optimizations for localized experiences.
  3. Identify conversion improvement opportunities across acquisition, onboarding, and funding flows using both quantitative and qualitative inputs.
  4. Conduct cross-market competitive research focused on social media, digital advertising, and creative strategies within the financial services and trading sectors.
  5. Support creative development by assisting in the design and production of digital display banners and paid media assets using internal tools and templates.
  6. Assist with JIRA workflow management, including marketing requests, campaign tracking, and coordination of compliance approvals when appropriate.
  7. Collaborate with marketing interns and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent tracking, measurement, and presentation of user journey insights across regions.

 

Qualifications

Early Careers Requirements 

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university) 
  • Available for a June 2026 start date for an 8 – 10-week program 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel) 
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer

Hiring Salary Range $28.00-$32.00 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
