Business Segment Overview:

Corporate: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.

Position Purpose: The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving demand generation and building a strong sales pipeline across all regions and customer segments for our Payments division.  Targets include corporates, financial institutions (including community banks and credit unions), non-profits, and educational institutions. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Marketing, Americas, this role will ensure StoneX’s Payments offerings are consistently positioned through unified value propositions that resonate with diverse audiences.

The successful candidate will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, managing programs end-to-end across digital, social, and traditional channels. They will partner with business stakeholders, sales, and product teams to translate differentiators into compelling messaging, while coordinating with internal marketing delivery teams to ensure campaigns are on brand, on time, and within budget.

A key focus will be on measuring and optimizing campaign performance. The Senior Marketing Specialist will work with existing, develop new, and track KPIs, analyze results through marketing analytics and reporting tools, and deliver actionable insights that improve ROI, conversion, and overall effectiveness. Expertise in digital marketing — including content, social media, paid media, and marketing automation — will be essential to designing campaigns that reach and engage target audiences effectively.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience working within a team or agency environment, with performance accountabilities to business/sales. They will be comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders and coordinating across specialized functions (digital, content, creative, analytics).  This background will enable them to successfully leverage StoneX’s full-service marketing organization while maintaining alignment, consistency, and high-quality execution across campaigns.

  • Value Proposition & Messaging – Translate business objectives into compelling value propositions and unified messaging tailored to corporates, financial institutions, community banks and credit unions, non-profits, payments technology platforms, and educational institutions.
