Business Segment Overview

Institutional: Immerse yourself in best-in-class institutional-grade technology, working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to various asset classes, such as equities, options, fixed income securities, and advanced trading, research, and management technology.

Job Purpose and Responsibilities

Support the Self-Directed Equities team by helping ensure clients receive high-quality execution and service on our trading platforms. This entry-level role is ideal for new graduates interested in learning how equity markets work, supporting clients, and collaborating across teams. This role will be reporting directly to the Head of Self Directed Equities within our Clearing and Execution Services group.

Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Monitor equity trade activity and help resolve basic trade issues or errors.
• Assist clients and internal teams with questions about trading platforms, order types, and trade status.
• Help prepare reports and data for regulatory requirements, and KPIs
• Collaborate with Client Services, Compliance, Operations and Technology to resolve client inquiries and ensure platform reliability.
• Learn and use internal systems (e.g.,StoneX Advisor, StoneX One and StoneX One Pro).
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build market knowledge.
• Participate in the account opening process and suggest improvements as needed
• Project work as needed by the team to build new or enhance current business
• Must obtain Series 7 license within the first 90 days of employment.

Job Requirements: Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Interest in financial markets, trading, and client service.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Preferred

• Basic understanding of equity market structure and order types.
• Familiarity with trading platforms or brokerage operations.
• Authorization to work in the US.

Working Environment

• Office-based minimum 4 days in office; role aligns to U.S. equity market hours.
• Collaboration with multiple internal teams and occasional client interaction.

Hiring Salary Range $65,000 - 70,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
