Position Purpose: As the Manager of Developer Platforms you lead a team focused on improving the internal developer experience through intuitive tools, platforms, and workflows. This role partners closely with CI/CD, infrastructure, and developer tooling teams to streamline how engineers build, deploy, and operate software. You’ll drive the development of self-service capabilities, golden paths, and a world-class developer portal to reduce friction and boost productivity. This is a highly collaborative role that puts developers at the center of platform innovation.

You need to have a history of being self-motivated and capable of solving problems with minimal oversight. The ability to learn quickly and retain information is key to being successful in this role. You have strong experience working in a competitive, fast-paced, highly technical environment, ideally in the Financial Services Industry.

Working environment:
Hiring Salary Range $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data). Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
