Join our dynamic Clearing and Execution Services (CES) team for a hands-on internship that offers a rare opportunity to gain comprehensive exposure across the front, middle, and back office of a Fortune 100 global financial services firm. This role is ideal for students eager to explore the sales, risk, and operational functions that drive futures markets, while gaining a deep understanding of the full trade lifecycle. Interns will work closely with experienced brokers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain real-world insight into the industry and understand the futures trading ecosystem. As a Clearing and Execution Services Intern, you will:

• • Gain foundational knowledge of futures markets and global exchanges, including how contracts are traded, cleared, and settled, while observing real-time market activity and broker interactions. 
  • Assist clients, brokers, and Introducing Brokers (IBs) while acting as a liaison between internal departments such as Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Support sales side efforts by identifying and researching prospective companies and clients.
  • Learn the pre-trade risk controls and capabilities of multiple front-end trading platforms.
  • Gain hands-on experience with internal tools like MyStoneX, Engage, Position Manager, Salesforce, and Power BI.
  • Analyze client daily P&L, margin requirements, and funding needs.
  • Run sample risk portfolios for prospective clients using back-office systems.
  • Monitor and help resolve client margin and funding issues.
  • Support the preparation of marketing materials and internal documentation.
  • Begin developing a working knowledge of financial regulations relevant to the futures industry
  • Monitor and resolve trade errors and assist in managing positions in coordination with Risk and Compliance.
  • Deliver excellent client service through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation when needed.

Early Careers Requirements 

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university) 
• Available for a June 2026 start date for an 8 – 10-week program 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel) 
• Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer   

Hiring Hourly Rate Range $26- $36 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data).
