Business Segment Overview:
Corporate: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.
Position purpose: this role will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the Corporate Insurance Program during the coverage period. Working under minimal supervision, the Manager will ensure continuity of insurance operations, including procurement, renewals, policy tracking, and claims administration.
Primary duties will include:
Maintain and administer all lines of insurance within the Corporate Insurance Program (Cyber, D&O, E&O, Property & Casualty, General Liability, Auto Liability, Workers Compensation, Employers Liability, Physical Commodity policies, etc.).
Monitor and update the Company’s Schedule of Insurance to ensure policies remain active and current.
Support claims administration in conjunction with Legal, including reporting, investigating, and tracking claims.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert by providing guidance on insurance-related matters and reviewing third-party contracts for appropriate risk transfer provisions.
Coordinate loss control activities, including incident reviews, accident investigations, and trend analysis.
Assist in managing external relationships with brokers, insurers, and claims handlers to ensure effective program delivery.
To land this role you will need:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proven organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
