Business Segment Overview:

Corporate: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.

 

Position purpose: responsible for processing static data in GMI specifically new account and commission and fee tables as well as making requested changes to existing accounts and static data.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include:

  • Review and enter new accounts details with a high attention to detail
  • Process account detail changes as they arise
  • Work independently to understand and process all specialty account set ups and escalate
  • Create new sales codes and commission schedules
  • Maintain logs to track new account set up and changes
  • Regularly audit static data files to ensure accuracy
  • Works cooperatively with various departments including a close relationship with the Fee Department on member account set ups
  • Research and correct discrepancies which may arise from customers and brokers
  • Completes special projects as needed
  • Maintains prompt and regular attendance

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Must have previous experience using GMI software to process new accounts in a financial services environment
  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible related work experience in financial services
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills

Education / Certification Requirements: 

  • High school education or equivalent

Working environment: 

  • 4 days per week onsite
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer

Hiring Salary Range $31,200 - $54,080. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
