Business Segment Overview - Corporate Functions

 

Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.

Responsibilities

Position Purpose: To support our continued growth and maximize the ROI of our marketing and event investments, I’m requesting approval for a dedicated team of some pre-sales specialists. This team would focus on the global qualification of inbound leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and event engagements.

 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inbound leads.
  • Conduct initial qualification based on predefined criteria (e.g., size of company, their current trading strategies)
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales rep
  • Provide feedback loops to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness

Qualifications

 

  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience working both independently and, in a team, oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • Ability to remain flexible during times of change and react to project adjustments promptly, efficiently and positively
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication skills 

 

 

Hiring Salary Range $45,000 - $55,000  (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
