Position Purpose:  Events are an important part of StoneX Group Inc.’s overall branding and marketing strategy. Reporting to the Director of Event Marketing & Promotions, the Event Marketing Manager will work on all tasks related to event marketing.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include: 

 

  • Salesforce campaign management – creating and managing event campaigns
  • Manage audience selection process, including the pre-loading of Salesforce campaigns
  • Engagement campaign management within Pardot – setting up email campaigns per event to send on a set schedule
  • Use Pardot templates to create/design emails for event promotions
  • Build and test registration sites in Cvent
  • Participate in kick-off calls, as needed
  • Assist Global Events Team Members, as needed

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree and work experience
  • 3+ years’ experience with corporate meeting planning
  • The ability to manage workloads and prioritize requests to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding project management skills
  • Strong proof-reading skills
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to utilize computer software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel on-site for events, as needed (1-2 events per year)

  • Cvent (or similar registration site platform) experience
  • Pardot (or similar marketing automation) experience
  • Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience
  • Fluent in Spanish

This role requires in office 4 days a week
