Business Segment Overview:

This role can be based in New York NY, Chicago IL, Miami FL, or Boca Raton FL.

Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

Responsible for developing and maintaining futures clearing and execution relationships, requiring proven sales experience and active client trading relationships, with a minimum annual production expectation of $1,000,000 in revenue/P&L.

 

 

Primary duties will include: 

  • Onboard institutional futures clearing clients while leveraging the full capabilities of the StoneX multi-product platform to drive growth and broaden the firm’s institutional reach.
  • Execute a structured sales plan to generate new business: attending industry conferences, leveraging attendee lists, and networking within the existing client base.
  • Maintain leads, opportunities & current book of business in CRM.
  • Monitor Client accounts, including margin calls, P&L fluctuations, revenue, and return on capital.
  • Work closely with the Risk team to understand client’s financial condition and retrieving updated financials annually.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of StoneX’s global offerings to proactively cross-sell into other StoneX business lines.
  • Understand StoneX internal platforms such as MyStoneX, CRM and Client Onboarding tools.
  • Earn the respect and confidence of the client base by consistently delivering a high level of service.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • Deep understanding of the futures industry, along with proven FCM sales experience.
  • Plan, prioritize, and balance multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • High ethical standards and commitment to integrity in all business dealings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and operational excellence.
  • Travel to client locations as required to build and maintain relationships.
  • Maintain prompt and consistent attendance to support team and client needs.

 

Education / Certification Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or any related field.
  • Series 3 (required).

 

Working environment:

  • Onsite, In-Office (NY, Chicago, Miami, or Boca Raton).
  • StoneX offers a highly competitive compensation package along with a clear and consistent monthly payout structure.

 

 

Hiring Salary Range: $125,000-$175,000 with a monthly bonus payout based on percentage of revenue (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data). Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
