Institutional: Immerse yourself in the best-in-class institutional-grade technology, working alongside industry experts and gaining exposure to various asset classes, such as equities, options, fixed income securities, and advanced trading, research, and management technology. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting senior trader in managing order flow on the equity derivatives desk
  • Learn and master the machinations of the US options market, order management system, operations and additional tasks required to satisfy the firm’s clients
  • An understanding of capital markets/finance, with exposure to options pricing and markets preferred; a degree in finance/economics or a related field is helpful but not necessary
  • Exceptionally strong attention to detail at all times
  • Liaise between colleagues in Dallas and New York to ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain databases needed by the business; ability to code in Excel is beneficial
  • Attend to additional projects as needed by the business
  • Pass all licensing requirements, have the highest ethical standards, and be a steward of the business

Qualifications

 

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Pursuing or recently finished a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating mid 2025 latest
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel) 
  • Must obtain SIE, Series 7, 63 & 57 within the first 3 months of employment 
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
