Responsibilities

 

Provide assistance to various Prime Brokerage groups including operations, client service, onboarding and trading support gaining hands on experience working in a business.

 

Primary Accountabilities/Responsibilities: 

  • Assist operations with organizing client month end billing, track minimums etc.
  • Assist onboarding with collection of documents required 
  • Assist with confirming all client data is inputted into Salesforce, CSC accurately 
  • Assist operations/client service with downloading morning reports from SALI and Pershing to be reviewed and actioned prior to market open
  • Works proactively with other team members.
  • Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

  • Data Analytics: Analyze complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
  • Automation: Identify opportunities for process automation and develop solutions to streamline operations. Create and manage project plans for automation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation.

Qualifications

  • Prefer candidates with a minimum of 2 years completion of college coursework
  • Interest in Financial Markets
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
  • Strong customer skills
  • Ability to correctly make decisions involving client issues/problems including when to escalate the problem to a more senior consultant
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment
  • Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
