We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Digital Asset Salesperson to join our team and drive growth by leveraging deep industry knowledge and strong client relationships

 

Job purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Asset Salesperson with an in-depth understanding of the digital asset ecosystem, including cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and blockchain technology, , alongside solid knowledge of traditional financial markets and instruments. This includes the interaction and integration between digital assets and the institutional investor community – trading, custody, financing, prime brokerage, ETF’s and futures products. The ideal candidate will have an active and influential network of traders and investors engaged in spot digital asset markets and be capable of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to expand our client base.

 

This role can be based in New York, London or Dublin

Responsibilities

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, and active traders within the digital asset ecosystem.
  • Leverage a robust network of spot digital asset traders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Produce immediate revenue through outreach to existing rolodex of institutional accounts.
  • Educate clients on digital asset products, market trends, regulatory developments, and integration with traditional financial services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (trading, compliance, product development) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay abreast of market movements, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting digital assets and traditional finance.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, pitches, and proposals to prospective and existing clients.

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

 Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales or business development within digital assets and financial services.
  • Deep understanding of digital asset markets, spot trading, blockchain technology, and traditional financial instruments.
  • Active network of institutional traders and investors in the digital asset spot market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and convey compliance considerations to clients.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation in finance.
  • Experience in futures, equities, prime brokerage a strong preference.

Hiring Salary Range $80,000-$110,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
