Responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field or an internal StoneX candidate seeking a rotational opportunity.
  • Adaptable and eager to learn, with a growth-focused mindset and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to assess market conditions and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex products and strategies clearly.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to influence, provide direction, and improve business processes.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn specialized trading platforms or software.
  • Client-centric approach, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and building trusted relationships.
  • Commitment to integrity, ethical conduct, and adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of time.

Early Careers Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2024 and - August 2025
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Marketing or related fields preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
