Overview

The Client Management Lead will be responsible for on-boarding new Global Payments clients, including coordinating communications between financial institutions, global payments clients, and the business regarding trading, sales, operations, and IT systems. Engage with clients and provide training regarding StoneX’s foreign exchange and treasury services for the secure transfer of funds globally within the client management division. Serve as a liaison between external and internal operations and technical teams to integrate StoneX Global Payments services through FIX API, API, Bloomberg, and SWIFT protocols. Serve as the primary point of contact for StoneX NGO and FI clients worldwide, addressing both internal and external inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Track, gather, and analyze payment data trends of financial institutions clients through internal systems and collaborative efforts across teams.
  • Formulate test scenarios on backend systems, including the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure the CRM system meets established quality standards.
  • Ensure the resolution of client issues and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure clients are kept up-to-date on all available features of financial exchange platforms and systems, as well as currency-specific issues and payments requirements.
  • Ensure sufficient coverage to support a continuous level of client service.
  • Raise platform and system automation issues and ensure resolution of enhancement requests.
  • Contribute to the implementation of automation processes for the Client Service application to reduce manual work and improve efficiencies.
  • Oversee and support the development team with testing of allocated features for StoneX trading platforms, review team efficiencies, and close training gaps.
  • Work with regional customers to identify holistic solutions that can be implemented globally and develop the team from incident-driven to an overall customer satisfaction experience.
  • Create documentation and procedures to enrich the internal knowledge base of the client management team, formulating strategies and deploying plans for updates on the client's side of the FX payments system.
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports to Central Banks to present the volume of transactions to show the value of the relationship.
  • Drive post-onboarding initiatives, including ongoing payments monitoring and actively maintaining client engagement while ensuring their continued utilization of StoneX Global Payments services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Financial Engineering and three (3) years of experience as Client Services Specialist or Payment Management Associate
  • The three (3) years of experience as Client Services Specialist or Payment Management Associate must have included FX and global payment management, client onboarding and relationship management, and development of automation processes for client service FX payments platforms.
  • Up to 20% domestic travel required.

 

Hiring Salary Range $146,141-$156,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
