Purpose: StoneX Markets is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to maintain and expand key components of our OTC Trading Platform. In this role, you’ll ensure that high-performance software continues to meet the evolving needs of traders and business goals in a fast-paced environment.
You'll work closely with traders, financial engineers, and operations teams to enhance the firm’s proprietary OTC trading systems, focusing on scaling, optimizing, and integrating new technologies. This is a role for someone who enjoys fine-tuning complex systems and pushing them to be even better. Your work will include the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and design to deployment and troubleshooting.
You’ll be responsible for analyzing software performance, providing technical solutions, and continuously iterating on existing features to ensure value for both the trading desk and our customers.

Hiring Salary Range $120000-$150000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
