Position Purpose
We are hiring a mid-level analyst to support the Chief Market Strategist (CMS) on cross-asset macroeconomic and investment strategy research. This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone with a strong grasp of macroeconomics and markets, professional writing skills, and the technical ability to build charts, models, and client-ready content from data.
You will contribute to high-visibility research by maintaining economic models, analyzing data, creating visuals and presentations, and drafting clear takeaways for institutional clients. The right candidate is responsive, detail-oriented, and eager to help scale delivery—freeing up senior bandwidth for high-level strategic engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Economic & Market Research Support
• Conduct data-driven macroeconomic and cross-asset research (equities, fixed income, FX, rates).
• Maintain and improve economic dashboards, models, and time-series visualizations.
• Build and automate Excel-based tools; Python a plus.
Research Production & Execution
• Draft research notes, charts, and slide decks for CMS review.
• Produce polished visuals with clear takeaways.
• Maintain and build internal databases, readership and client metrics.
Client & Digital Engagement
• Post Bloomberg updates during key economic releases.
• Support CMS social media presence with visuals and macro commentary.
• Respond to client and internal research requests with timely analysis.
Team Integration & Execution
• Organize and prioritize multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Take feedback well and communicate clearly.
• Contribute meaningfully by executing high-quality work that enables senior output at scale.

To land this role you will need:
• 4–6 years of experience in a market-facing or research role (sell-side research, macro strategy, economic consulting, or similar).
• Strong working knowledge of macroeconomics, markets, and cross-asset fundamentals.
• Advanced Excel.
• Strong writing skills with experience producing client-facing research content.
• Ability to work with economic and market data (FRED, Bloomberg, Haver, etc.) and distill into clear conclusions.
What makes you stand out:
• Python or automation tools are a strong plus.
• Thrives in a high-output support role with exposure to macro research and institutional clients.
• Comfortable working full-time in-office with flexibility to meet time-sensitive demands.
Education / Certification Requirements
• BA/BS in Economics, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• CFA designation preferred.
Working environment
• Permanent, full-time, and in-office role based in Miami (FL) or New York (NY).
• Total Compensation: $180,000 – $250,000 (base + bonus eligibility). Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and internal alignment. Bonus is tied to performance and business contribution. A full benefits package is offered, including healthcare, retirement, and other firmwide programs.
