This position will be responsible for maintaining financial information used for internal accounting, working closely with internal business counterparts to optimize efficiency of the corporate accounting process.

• Maintain Accounts Receivable ledger
• Monitor and follow up on Aged Receivables
• Maintain and reconcile Sub-ledger balances to Balance Sheet accounts
• Post daily entries to Oracle Accounting System
• Assist with Month-end close process including preparation of supporting documents
• Develop an understanding of Industry Compliance and Regulatory rules

• General accounting working experience of 1-3 years
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• Great communication skills and well organized
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Able to operate in a dynamic fast paced environment
