Responsibilities

  • Assist the immediate supervisor with various administrative tasks to support team operations, as directed; may also be assigned special projects.
  • Assist various Operations teams in documenting policies and procedures as needed.
  • Process various fees and assist with billing as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely responses to all inquiries pertaining to defined projects and requests by all relevant customers, brokers, internal and external liaisons.
  • Work closely with peers in Operations, Legal, Compliance, Treasury, Front Office, or other department as it pertains to special projects throughout the firm.
  • With minimal supervision, complete tasks as they are assigned and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support innovative processes to ensure Operational departments are being utilized to their full potential.
  • Able to make decisions and solve problems by identifying and posing solutions.
  • Cooperate with, participate in, and support the adherence to all internal policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Enforce and adhere to StoneX corporate culture and employee policies.
  • Maintain prompt and regular attendance.

Early Careers Requirements
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2023 and August 2024
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
