Overview

This is a Third Party Risk Management Senior Analyst role, reporting do Lead of TPRM. 

Responsibilities

Program Development and Implementation

  • Work with the Lead of TPRM on developing and implementing a robust global third-party risk management program
  • Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to build strong relationships and effective third-party risk management processes
  • Gather a full inventory of third parties and work on remediation and participate in change management process and data clean up
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating risk areas across the firm's operational activities and contribute to the development of processes and controls to mitigate such risks.

Program Governance and Execution

  • Manage day-to-day third-party risk management process
  • Review and challenge Inherent Risk Questionnaire responses
  • Validate Due Diligence Assessments along with Due Diligence artifacts for accuracy and completeness
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring of third parties
  • Participate in third party performance management process
  • Ensure terminations are executed in line with the process
  • Provide regular reporting and status updates on third-party risk program, ensuring transparency and accountability at all levels of the organization.
  • Manage an inventory of third parties and fourth parties, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to third-party/vendor risk management on global level.
  • Experience in developing and implementing a robust Third-Party Risk Management program
  • Knowledge of developing policies, procedures, guides for assessors and relationship managers
  • Experience with Contract Management and reviews
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with third party/vendor risk management platforms

 

 

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-5 years of experience in third party / vendor risk management, preferably in financial services
  • Experience working with and managing teams of high-performing individuals in fast paced environment
  • Strong written, verbal, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally and influence others
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • Proficiency to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adjust positively to quick-changing priorities and shifting goals
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%, including internationally
