Position Description: As a Junior Sales Associate, you will play a meaningful role in supporting sales growth while developing a deep understanding of the world of Payments.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Sales Enablement: Undertake prospect research and maintain sales records and pipeline; develop sales pitch materials and client presentations; manage the client onboarding process; participate in cold and warm sales calls; attend trade shows and participate in direct sales activities, including post-tradeshow follow-up.
• Client Maintenance: Assist in client communication through phone and email; manage regular client credit and compliance information requests; assist in handling client requests as well as client education and training; work closely with Client Management on sales-related research projects.
• Identify opportunities to grow and enhance revenue by introducing FX payment solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Build upon existing client relationships to maximize the value added to each customer and explore cross-sell opportunities within the wider StoneX Group.
• Track and evaluate client feedback and payment performance statistics to identify client challenges, gather insights, and introduce product improvements.
• Work closely with internal teams, such as compliance, trading, risk, client services, operations, and technology, to guarantee seamless integration of payment products and services.
• Lead and contribute to RFIs and RFPs while adhering to onboarding processes to support new mandates.

Early Careers Requirements

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2023 and August 2024

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)

Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer

Hiring Salary Range $60,000 - $70,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
