Position Purpose:

StoneX Financial Inc. is currently seeking qualified applicants for our open Structured Credit Banking/Structuring Position.

Primary duties will include: 

• Responsible for all quantitative analysis and structuring for the structured credit banking team
• Develop structures and related quantitative models necessary to achieve client objectives
• Coordination of client deliverables (both internal and external) in connection with prospecting and arranging new client mandates
• Manage rating agency process and develop rating agency sizing models to establish rated capital structures
• Dialogue with Sales, Trading, Investors and Banking Clients regarding transaction mechanics and features
• Preparation of Marketing Materials and other presentations/reports as required to run the business
• Develop client relationships and work with Senior Bankers to expand transaction pipeline
• Work with external legal and accounting teams to ensure accuracy of disclosures in marketing materials and deal legal documents

To land this role you will need:

• 5-10 years structured products modeling/banking experiences
• Strong knowledge of structured products markets
• Experience with Intex Destop, Intex Dealmaker, CAS
• Strong Excel and Database skills
• Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, organization
• Relationships with investors and securitization issuers

Education / Certification Requirements: 

• BA or BS in a finance or economics related background
• Series 79 and Series 63

Working environment:

• Hybrid In-Office 3 Days

Hiring Salary Range $100000-$150000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
