The Senior Director Quantitative Trading Solutions will develop and maintain StoneX’s Group’s trading infrastructure for over-the-counter trading and market making activities. Work directly with traders and quantitative analysts to develop models, applications, and clients-facing solutions to facilitate the trading strategies for securities and equities across financial exchanges.

• Build internalization engines to deliver enhanced liquidity to clients.
• Provide transaction cost analysis (TCA) and execution quality to metrics for StoneX’s client facing dashboards.
• Develop and apply algorithmic and quantitative trading strategies across exchanges, markets and asset classes, including securities and equities, to maximize client value and financial return.
• Mitigate firm and client risk both during trading hours across U.S. and applicable foreign markets.
• Work with compliance and trade desk supervision to automate the monitoring of trade execution and reporting.
• Employ dynamic hedging tools and strategies to minimize the firm’s risk and improve client execution quality.
• Create custom execution solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize portfolio risk metrics to ensure the trading book stays within established risk parameters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering and five (5) years of experience as Senior Software Developer and/or Quantitative Trading Developer.
• The five (5) years of experience must have included design or development with low latency routing frameworks (specifically C++) and algorithmic/routing development for the financial services and/or capital markets industry.
