Business Segment Overview:

Position Purpose: Reporting to the Head of Self-Directed Marketing for the Americas, this role owns the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of marketing for StoneX’s US retail brand (FOREX.com). You will lead the development and delivery of the US marketing roadmap, translating market insights, customer needs, performance data, and regulatory requirements into high-impact, performance-driven initiatives aligned with global Self-Directed Marketing priorities. As the primary marketing lead for the US, you will partner closely with regional counterparts, as well as Central Marketing, Sales, Product, CRM/CVM, Analytics, WebOps, and Compliance teams to drive sustainable growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value. This role is accountable for orchestrating integrated campaigns, platform and website enhancements, and client communications that strengthen market positioning, improve customer experience, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes in a highly regulated environment.

Education Requirements:
Hiring Salary Range $90,000 - $115,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
