Responsibilities

Job Purpose and Responsibilities

  • Check status of pending settlements from previous days.
  • Work with BO to resolve breaks
  • Provide traders with Status of pending intraday trades.
  • Assist in processing end-of-day recaps.
  • Liaison with BO with any booking or settlement issues.
  • Handles incoming client customer service
  • Sends and saves client end-of-the-day recaps.
  • Projects as needed
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a busy, demanding environment
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organization skills
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Proven analytical problem-solving ability
  • Analise the flow of orders and generate reports to assist in the decision-making progress
  • Analyze P&L progression and compare current revenues to historic revenues

  • Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred

Early Careers Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2025 and August 2026 (entering penultimate year of university)
  • Available for a June 2025 start date for an 8 – 10-week program
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer

Working environment:

  • 5 days in-office
  • Travel requirements (if applicable)
