Position Overview
Events are an important part of StoneX Group Inc.’s overall branding and marketing strategy. Reporting to the Director of Event Marketing & Promotions, the Event Marketing Manager will work on all tasks related to event marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Salesforce campaign management – creating and managing event campaigns
• Manage audience selection process, including the pre-loading of Salesforce campaigns
• Create required graphics for each event, using existing templates
• Write copy for social media promotions for events
• Serve as back-up to Event Marketing Automation Specialist
• Serve as back-up for timeline management
• Serve as back-up for submission of Marketing requests
• Serve as back-up for Cvent registration site building and testing
• Own Global Event Team AMEX reconciliation process
• Collect and organize speaker PPT decks for larger in-person event
• Create master PPT decks for larger in-person event
• Participate on kick-off calls, as needed
• Assist Global Events Team Members, as needed
