Position Purpose:

Fixed Income Repo Salesperson focused on building both the cash and collateral sides across all product types.

Responsibilities

Primary duties will include: 

  • Fixed Income Repo Sales with a focus on both the cash and collateral sides of the transaction
  • Maintain relationships to assist in both matched book repo and overall financing of the firm’s inventory
  • Current Products: US Treasuries, Agy/Non-Agy MBS, IG/HY Corporates, Emerging Markets, Asset-Backed Securities, Loans
  • Entrepreneurial spirit

Qualifications

To land this role you will need:

  • 5+ years Fixed Income Repo experience
  • Front to Back knowledge of Repo Markets
  • Soft skills such as communication, teamwork, organization

Education / Certification Requirements: 

  • College Degree
  • Series 7 and Series 63

Working environment:

  • Hybrid

Hiring Salary Range $125000-$150000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.)   Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.  This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
